Allow 2-7 business days for us to prepare your order for shipment. If you selected a pre-order, please note ship date on individual listings. After your order has shipped, you'll receive an email notification with tracking information. Most domestic orders will arrive in 1-6 business days.

**We are not responsible for theft of packages. You are required to have a safe and secure location for deliveries. If you would like, your order can be delivered to a local UPS pick up location.

 

  • Undeliverable Address

In the event your order is undeliverable and returned to sender due to incorrect information you entered during checkout we will be happy to resend the order after we have received the item and collected new shipping charges.

  • Returns

We proudly stand behind our products. Should you find yourself less than satisfied with your order, email us using the "Contact US" form. 

To receive a full refund of the purchase price (minus shipping), all items must be received back in new and unused condition.  
You will have 30 days from the date of delivery to ship the item back.
Tracking number is required.
The item must be carefully wrapped exactly as you received the package.
All original packaging must be included.
Buyer is responsible for shipping charges.
Insurance must be purchased.
In the event the item is returned damaged, the buyer must make a claim with the shipping company for reimbursement.
Refunds will not be issued for damaged items returned.
It may take up to 10 days to process your return.
