  • I received my item damaged?

Notify us within 3 days of receiving your order. Submit photos of the damaged organizer along with a brief description to support@calenlove.com. Do not throw away the shipping carton and packaging. Once you have submitted your claim a replacement part will be shipped. Claims after two days will not be granted.

 

  • When will my order ship?

Non custom orders ship 3-5 business days. This does not include weekends and holidays. It's the amount of time it takes for production, not shipping time frame. Custom orders take longer. At the moment we are 3 weeks.
